Former Director of the Department of Radiation Oncology at the Shanghai Proton and Heavy Ion Center and Chief Scientist of a Key R&D Project (Proton and Heavy Ion Therapy) under the Ministry of Science and Technology. Currently serving as Vice President and Group Chief Radiation Oncology Expert at Guangzhou Taihe Cancer Hospital, he is a leading expert in the field of proton radiotherapy in China. He has spearheaded the implementation of proton radiotherapy technology and the establishment of quality control systems, and has led the drafting of multiple national guidelines for the radiotherapy industry.
