Former Director of the Adult Cardiac Surgery Unit at Xijing Hospital; a nationally renowned expert in cardiac surgery. Led a surgical team in performing thousands of cardiac procedures, with a focus on treating complex major vascular conditions and severe heart diseases.

Specializes in minimally invasive cardiac surgery, coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), aortic and major vascular surgery, correction of congenital heart disease, heart valve replacement/repair, and ECMO-based critical cardiac support.
Department: Department of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery. Leads numerous national and provincial-level cardiovascular research projects; has mentored dozens of doctoral and master’s degree students. The department’s surgical volume ranks among the highest in Northwest China.
