Prof. Meng Wei, MD, PhD

Professor Wei Meng is a renowned Chinese expert in cardiovascular disease; he holds an M.D. degree and serves as a doctoral supervisor.The professor long served as the Director of the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine at the Sixth People’s Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University—a prestigious, top-tier (Grade A, Class III) hospital with a century-long history.

Specializes in interventional diagnosis and treatment for coronary heart disease, heart failure, complex cardiovascular conditions, and the management of atherosclerotic plaques.
Formerly served as the director of a heart center at a Grade A, Class III hospital; completed multiple advanced training programs in interventional cardiology in the United States and Germany.
