I acknowledge that traveling to another country for medical treatment carries certain risks, including but not limited to medical complications, exposure to infectious diseases, and adverse reactions to anesthesia. I understand that the medical tourism facilitator does not guarantee the services provided by third parties, such as travel agencies, hotels, and healthcare institutions. I agree to bear all risks associated with the medical tourism journey voluntarily.

The medical tourism facilitator is not liable for any losses incurred by the patient due to actions beyond its control. The facilitator is not responsible for any claims by the patient for loss or injury, for any reason, beyond the amount actually paid to the facilitator for coordination services.
